Samsung Galaxy M31 users face big problem, after update, the phone stopped working

Samsung Galaxy M31 was made available with an update to the April 2020 security patch. Many security fixes were also given in this. But this update became a problem for users. In fact, some users on the website Twitter have complained that Galaxy M31 stopped working after installing the new update. Nothing is being done in the phone. Only one blue screen is visible. At the same time, Samsung Galaxy A70 users were given Android based One UI 2.0 update. These users are also facing the same problem.

According to users on Twitter, after downloading the latest update in Samsung Galaxy M31, their phone stopped running. The phone stopped at the installation process itself. Apart from this, some users have also complained about this on Samsung Community forums. Here the users have said that they are not able to even restore the factory to correct the phone. At the same time, some people have claimed that they have got rid of this problem by downloading the old firmware through a third-party source.

@SamsungIndia I tried to update my my device Samsung M31 with the latest update. Talking about Samsung Galaxy A70, these users faced the same problem after updating Android-based One UI 2.0. These users had to face problems due to hardware mismatch. A report from SamMobile has been received. In some reports, it is also being said that the company can rollout an update for the Galaxy M31 and Galaxy A70 to overcome this problem.
